to get this output:

To send blank scraps

first right click on ur DP and check its properties .in the properties dialog box copy the pics address.
It will be something like http://www.staticorkut.com/......
now in the scrap section send <img src="http://www.staticorkut.com/....."> that is the image locationin IMG tag
It will send a blank scrap to ur frnd
EX:
suppose ur image address is-------- http://static1.orkut.com/img/b.gif


then send
<img src="http://static1.orkut.com/img/b.gif"> to ur frnd
